The Livelihoods Department provided means and resources to targeted families or communities, as relief to meet their basic needs of food and non-food items and build the capacities of individuals in order to enable them to obtain sustainable jobs to meet their basic food and non-food needs. Specific Tasks: Log and track all inquiries for support and referrals that are received for JC’s services across multiple locations & modalities. Operate JC’s Service Line and receive calls directly from potential clients, members of the community, local, national and international and government agencies. Manage JC’s referral email and direct inquiries received through JC’s website, and social media. Be a focal point for non-Service Delivery JC staff for information about services and referrals. Work collaboratively with Service Delivery Coordinators and Protection Service Delivery Managers across multiple service sites to ensure all inquiries of support and referrals are suitably logged, tracked and actioned. Conduct community outreaching and support with outreaching plans. Ensure all inquiries for support and referrals receive a response within specified timeframes. Provide basic support and psychological first aid to clients as needed. Contribute to the development of JC’s referral and intake processes. Update and maintain mapping of other services in the community. Maintain good working relationships with government agencies and other organizations. Ensuring referral information leaflets are being developed, revised, and distributed. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
